Place: Wave Hill – Glyndor House Gallery, 4900 Independence Avenue, Riverdale, NY

Join us at Wave Hill, twenty-eight acres of gardens perched above the Hudson, where we will meet artist Sara Jiminez at the Glyndor Gallery for her exhibition, Folding Field, an outdoor installation on the grounds. Jiminez, a NYC nominee for Women to Watch 2020, was commissioned by Wave Hill to create an outdoor installation in honor of its 60th anniversary. Folding Field is part of the group exhibition, “Trees, we breathe”, in the Gallery.
Jiminez is a Filipinx-Canadian artist, who works with installation, sculpture, collage and performance, to create visual works that allude to mythical environments.
